Dr Savo Heleta is a researcher and educator with more than ten years’ experience in higher education, academic research, curriculum development, teaching, research supervision and internationalisation in South Africa. His research interests include decolonisation of knowledge; higher education internationalisation; conflict analysis and conflict transformation; and social justice advocacy and activism.
Dr Samia Chasi is a practitioner, scholar and facilitator in higher education internationalisation with 25 years of experience in this field. She is currently the Manager: Strategic Initiatives, Partnership Development and Research at the International Education Association of South Africa.
Anisa Khan is the Director of Academic Services within the Division for Internationalisation at the University of Johannesburg. In this role, she supports international partnership development and the University’s global engagement strategy by supporting faculty across a wide range of internationalization activities, including special projects, Erasmus Staff Mobility, establishing multi-partner research and knowledge partnerships, and
Amir Khalil is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, Faculty of Law and Public Administration, Birzeit University. Dineo Babili is a Junior Lecturer/Researcher and Academic Literacy Coordinator in the Academic Language and Literacy Development, Centre for Teaching and Learning, at the University of the Free State. Dr Brian Sibanda is a Researcher/Lecturer at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, University of the Free State, Qwaqwa campus. Sibanda is a member of the English Academy of Southern Africa and the Africa Decolonial Research Network (ADERN), a free alliance of scholars that research and write on decoloniality.
