She leads and supports a team of faculty members in developing and delivering quality academic programs, conducting and publishing research, and engaging with industry and community stakeholders. She has contributed to research projects and publications on organisational behaviour, strategic management, and marketing. She is passionate about Business,  Leadership, and Inter-university collaborations.
